Terms & limitations
Cebu Power Alerts is an independent information service. It is not operated by or affiliated with Visayan Electric, AboitizPower or NGCP.
Map outlines are approximate
Shaded areas are administrative barangay boundaries, not electricity supply boundaries. A notice about part of a barangay does not mean that every home in the shaded area has lost power. The map is a guide, not a guarantee of coverage.
Small circles previously shown around reported electricity poles were estimates, not confirmed outage areas. These circles are no longer displayed. Source locations can be incomplete or contradictory; consult the original notice for street-level details.
Address search is powered by GrabMaps. You may confirm a search result, adjust its point and save it, just as with GPS or manual selection. Street and barangay labels are resolved locally using OpenStreetMap and administrative boundaries. A street label may be missing or approximate; the pin is the location you selected. These maps and search results are Not for Navigation.
Times and counts
Times are shown in Cebu time (Asia/Manila). “All day” includes all notices overlapping that date, including ended or cancelled notices. The time ruler limits the list to notices whose reported time window includes the selected time. Notices with an unknown time are listed separately.
Counts represent notices, not unique electrical incidents or affected customers. Status labels reflect the latest information we have, not a reconstruction of past status. Reports are not confirmed outages; a planned end is not a promise of restoration.
